The Colorado Cowboys range is on the M Lazy C Ranch near Lake George, Colorado.  The Ranch is 4 miles west of the town of Lake George, on US Highway 24, on the north side of the road.  From the west, take Us Highway 24 over Wilkerson Pass, and start looking for the red and white M Lazy C sign after a couple of miles.  The sign is on the north side of the road.
