The Colorado Cowboys had 9 members place in the top ten in category at Winter Range, the National Championship of Cowboy Action Shooting!  Congratulations to Rosita Gambler, the Elder Statesman National Champ!  Rosita outshot 66 other competitors to win this category ~ once again!  Cobra Cat also did an amazing job, finishing 4th in Cowboy, and 7th (out of 755 shooters) overall!

Club members who finished in the Top Ten in Category include:  Lightning Cat, 3rd, Gunfighter; Kiowa Kid, 4th, Frontier Cartridge; Painted Filly, 5th, Ladies' Frontier Cartridge; Cat Tracker, 5th, B-Western; Calico Cass, 7th, Ladies' Frontier Cartridge; el Gato Gordo, 7th, Frontier Cartridge Duelist; and Kitty Carbine, 10th, Ladies' 49er!  WELL DONE!  I would also like to congratulate our friend Sonora Blaze on placing 8th in Ladies' B-Western and 2nd in the LBW costume contest!  In side matches, Big Dave placed 3rd in Long Range Rifle Caliber levergun.

Winter Range is a stupendous match, with incredible props, buildings and great scenarios; it must be experienced to be believed.  All of our compadres who attended this match were winners just for being there, including the Florida Kid, Gideon Walker, and Blazen Vaquero.
